In a significant development, Union Minister of State for Textiles, Darshana Jardosh, has highlighted the transformative impact expected from the upcoming Pradhan Mantri Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel (PM MITRA) Park in Gujarat. The announcement came during a seminar on the textiles and apparel sector held in Surat city, as part of the 10th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024. The mega project, situated in the Navsari district of south Gujarat, is strategically positioned to bolster the state's standing in the textile and apparel domain.
