Spanish omni-channel fashion conglomerate, Tendam, has officially revealed its strategic collaboration with Myntra, a leading e-commerce platform in India, to bolster its presence and reach in the rapidly growing Indian retail market.
Tendam, renowned for its diverse portfolio of fashion brands, sees this collaboration as a crucial step in expanding its footprint in India. Women’s Secret, a flagship lingerie brand under Tendam, is set to make its debut on Myntra, marking the onset of this significant partnership. The move aims to provide Indian consumers with access to a curated collection of international styles and designs.
The announcement comes on the heels of Tendam's commitment to adopting an omnichannel approach to meet the evolving demands of consumers. The partnership leverages Myntra's extensive reach, deep understanding of the Indian market, and expertise in the e-commerce landscape. This collaboration is anticipated to accelerate Tendam's market presence and strengthen its connection with fashion enthusiasts across India.
Antonis Kyprianou, Tendam’s Franchise General Manager, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "Myntra is the ideal partner for us. They are aligned with our omni-channel strategy and have the capacity and expertise to fully develop it in the country. India is one of the most promising markets in the world, and we want to ensure Tendam’s brands have a relevant presence there."
The partnership extends beyond the digital realm, with Tendam reinforcing its market standing through the inauguration of two franchised stores in Pune’s Phoenix Mall of the Millennium and Ludhiana’s Silver Arc Mall in January. Plans are underway to open approximately 20 stores across India over the next three years, further solidifying Tendam's commitment to the Indian market.

We are excited to launch the brand in India, catering to our fashion-forward customers closely following global trends."
Vishal Anand, Vice President, Omnichannel, Myntra, highlighted the opportunity to unlock Tendam's optimal potential in the Indian market. "Through our omnichannel capability, we aim to provide a faster and richer shopping experience for Tendam's physical expansion in the Indian market," he said.
