Louis Vuitton has unveiled its first podcast, Louis Vuitton [Extended], taking listeners to the heart of defining culture moments for the Maison.
Hosted by journalist and fashion documentary filmmaker Loïc Prigent, Louis Vuitton [Extended] will release two episodes each month. The 20 to 40 minute shows immerse listeners in the heart of the Maison’s creative process.
The podcasts invite listeners behind the scenes of some of Louis Vuitton’s most memorable events and audacious collaborations, sharing a special moment with passionate and creative talents from myriad disciplines – artists, designers, athletes, architects, chefs and more….
In the first episode, Loïc Prigent welcomes Pharrell Williams to talk about the creation and sources of inspiration that informed his Fall-Winter 2023 collection, his first as Men’s Creative Director of Louis Vuitton.
In this new episode, Loïc Prigent initiates a conversation with Pierre-Louis Vuitton Pierre-Louis Vuitton, a sixth-generation descendant of the illustrious trunk-maker. Together, they retrace the great story of the House’s heritage since its creation in 1859.
