The Shanghai Municipal Drug Administration has awarded China’s first on-site personalized service cosmetics production license to L’Oréal, according to a report published by Dao Insights.The French beauty giant plans to offer personalized beauty solutions to Chinese consumers using cutting-edge technology.
The license authorizes the French beauty giant to provide bespoke beauty products to customers via its SkinCeuticals brand’s Custom D.O.S.E. personalized skin care service, set to launch later this month.
