Lufthansa made its debut in the Indian fashion industry as the official partner of Lakmē Fashion Week’s 25th marquee event, fusing travel, fashion, and lifestyle through an exclusive luxury runway collection that closed Day 3.
Lufthansa, Germany’s and Europe’s most popular airline, took off the fashion runway with the Falguni Shane Peacock collection at Lakmē Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI.

In collaboration with the renowned designer duo Falguni Shane Peacock, Lufthansa unveiled an exclusive runway collection inspired by its bold vision - All it Takes is a YES. This fusion of fashion and travel celebrated creativity, exploration, and the power of saying YES to new possibilities.
The very beautiful Tamannaah Bhatia took off on the fashion runway when she opened the glittering Falguni Shane Peacock show in a bejewelled corset teamed with black pants and a long-sleeved black shrug.
It was a celebration of fashion that set the momentum as it embraced adventure with an emphatic ‘yes’. Inspired by the untamed spirit of the Falguni Shane Peacock panther logo, the look was a fierce and meticulously crafted display. The collection was a study in contrasts, as power and fluidity, structure and movement, as well as boldness and intimacy took centre stage.

Surface texturing was superior as intricate embroidery was the focal point along with metallic embellishments. Beaded and sculpted cut-outs brought high octane glamour onto every silhouette. The looks were characteristic of the Falguni Shane Peacock creativity, as cropped jackets with sharply cut constructed garments vied for attention with the power-shoulder minis. Body suits were like stylish second skin, while the favourite Falguni Shane Peacock trade mark feathers appeared for overcoats and embellished gowns that added drama and glamour to the line-up.
The ensembles offered a wardrobe of creative separates that were not only statement pieces, but were dreamt up for a versatile offering. The ensembles could be cleverly layered, interchanged, reimagined, clashed or worn solo for an impactful visual effect. Each creation highlighted the wearers’ choices and reflection of defiance and elegance that was based on their own terms.

Making a dramatic landing on the ramp, the very dapper and sophisticated Karan Johar was a picture of style and elegance, in a sheer black shirt, black trousers and matching jacket embellished with 3D rosettes on the shoulders and multiple fabric streamers.
The Falguni Shane Peacock collection presented by Lufthansa was a masterful fusion of travel, couture, craftsmanship and contemporary directions at style for the coming season.
