Lacoste has launched its latest brand campaign, 'Play With Icons,' celebrating the iconic symbols that define the Maison and the personalities who embody its spirit. This striking campaign, which follows the success of last year’s 'Play Big,' highlights the brand’s distinctive Crocodile emblem and its global ambassadors in a fresh, creative light. The announcement was shared on the brand’s official LinkedIn page, reflecting Lacoste’s continued commitment to innovative storytelling in fashion.
Photographed and filmed by acclaimed artist Tyler Mitchell, with set design by Poppy Bartlett and styling by Imruh Asha, the campaign presents a bold, colorful, and fashion-forward vision. Conceived in collaboration with the creative agency BETC, 'Play With Icons' captures the unique chemistry between five Lacoste ambassadors and some of the brand’s most recognizable pieces, each reinterpreted through an artistic lens and a playful spirit.
The campaign’s standout moments include Novak Djokovic draped in a golden tennis net transformed into a regal cape, Adèle Exarchopoulos reimagining the Lenglen bag as a pleated skirt, Pierre Niney lounging in the brand’s signature green, Venus Williams rising from a sculptural pleated form, and Wang Yibo receiving bouquets made entirely of Lacoste polos in a gradient of blues. These ambassador-iconic piece pairings come together to form a modern myth — a celebration of movement, style, and innovation, captured in unforgettable frames.
