In a night filled with emotion, purpose, and inspiration, the 72nd Miss World Festival celebrated one of its most meaningful events: the Beauty With a Purpose Dinner Gala. Held in Hyderabad and graciously hosted by the philanthropic icon Sudha Reddy, the evening brought together all 108 contestants for a powerful showcase of compassion and community impact.
The highlight of the night was the announcement of the top two projects from each continental region, followed by the selection of four overall winners, each earning a fast-track place in the 72nd Miss World Festival Quarterfinals.
Meet the Beauty With a Purpose Winners
Americas & Caribbean:
Valeria Pérez – Puerto Rico
“Communicating Without Limits”
Drawing from personal experience, Valeria’s project supports marginalized communities, particularly individuals with Down syndrome, the deaf community, and families affected by cancer. Through inclusive communication programs, Valeria is breaking barriers and promoting dignity and opportunity.
Runner-up: Paraguay, Yanina Gómez.
Africa:
Natasha Nyonyozi – Uganda
“Nyonyozi Initiative”
Natasha’s project advocates for children with autism and promotes broader social inclusion. Her tireless work is reshaping awareness and access to resources for neurodivergent children across Uganda. It is based on a personal experience, once her brother is autistic.
Runner-up: Sierra Leone, Lachaeveh Alberta Caizarine Davies.
Europe:
Millie-Mae Adams – Wales
First Aid Against Knife Crime
With 233 young lives lost to knife-related violence in the past year alone, trainee doctor Millie-Mae is using her medical background to educate youth in life-saving first aid skills. Her initiative is a call to action, turning tragedy into empowerment and hope.

Asia & Oceania:
Monica Kezia Sembiring – Indonesia
“Pipeline for Lifeline”
Monica’s transformative project brings clean water and improved sanitation to underserved communities in Indonesia. By addressing the most basic human need, safe water, her initiative is restoring health and dignity to those in need.
Runner-up: Vietnam, Huỳnh Trần Ý Nhi.
A Message of Pride and Purpose
Ms. Julia Morley CBE, Chair of the Miss World Organization, expressed her heartfelt admiration for all the contestants, praising their extraordinary commitment to creating positive change in their communities. “I am so proud of every young woman who has taken the stage tonight for what they stand for and the good they are doing in the world.”
The Beauty With a Purpose Dinner Gala was more than an awards nigh, it was a global celebration of service, empathy, and the impact one person can have. Hosted with warmth and elegance by Sudha Reddy, the event embodied the values at the heart of Miss World.
As we look ahead to the Grand Finale on May 31, the four BWAP winners will now advance as Top 10 quarterfinalists in their continental regions, one step closer to the Miss World crown.
