The 17th edition of HGH India was inaugurated in Mumbai, marking the return of the highly anticipated Indian Heritage Pavilion—a dedicated platform celebrating India’s timeless artistry and craftsmanship. The trade show, which will continue till July 4th, once again placed the spotlight on the country’s diverse cultural and weaving traditions that have flourished for centuries.
Over the last 10 editions, the Indian Heritage Pavilion has emerged as a cornerstone of HGH India’s commitment to promoting indigenous artisans, enabling them to connect with retailers, architects, interior designers, and institutional buyers. This year’s showcase continued that legacy by featuring an exceptional range of handcrafted works across categories such as metal, wood, terracotta, ceramic, glass, bamboo, coir, jute, textiles, and embroidery, all created using natural and eco-friendly materials.
The Pavilion brought together National Award-winning artisans and Master Craftspersons from across the country, offering visitors an authentic and inspiring glimpse into India’s craft traditions:
The Indian Heritage Pavilion not only celebrated India’s artistic diversity but also fostered long-term sourcing opportunities and collaborations between creators and design professionals. As the trade show continues over the next three days, the Pavilion is expected to remain a key attraction for those seeking authentic, handmade, and sustainable design solutions rooted in Indian heritage.
