Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL) has announced a strategic minority investment in FACEGYM, a UK-headquartered global innovator in facial fitness and skincare. The partnership marks a significant step in RRVL’s efforts to expand its footprint in India’s fast-evolving beauty and wellness sector.
Founded by beauty and wellness entrepreneur Inge Theron, FACEGYM is widely credited with pioneering a new category in skincare—one that lies at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and fitness. The brand blends non-invasive facial workouts with science-led skincare, earning cult status across markets such as London, New York, and Los Angeles.
Through this strategic collaboration, Reliance Retail’s beauty retail platform Tira will lead FACEGYM’s entry into the Indian market. Over the next five years, Reliance aims to establish and scale the brand through a combination of exclusive studios and curated spaces within Tira stores in key urban centres.
