The launch was announced via LinkedIn by the mall’s official page, underlining the brand’s growing footprint within this prominent mixed‑use development. 

Founded in 1960 by John Bissell, Fabindia remains a pioneer in bringing traditional Indian craftsmanship to mainstream retail. The brand’s offerings—ranging from hand‑woven apparel to ethnic home décor—are sourced responsibly from over 40,000 village artisans nationwide.

The new store, situated within the expansive Phoenix Mall of Asia developed by The Phoenix Mills Limited, joins a curated selection of high‑end and lifestyle brands housed in the mall. With roughly 6 million sq ft of retail space across eight malls, Phoenix Mills has solidified Bengaluru’s retail landscape with premier destinations like this flagship development. 

The Phoenix Mall of Asia—spanning over 12 lakh sq ft—blends luxury, leisure, and lifestyle offerings, showcasing more than 440 brands and emerging as a key fashion and entertainment hub in North Bengaluru. The entry of Fabindia reinforces the mall’s reputation as a destination for curated, culture-rich shopping experiences.
