V2 Retail Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing value fashion chains, has scripted history by opening five new stores in a single day (23rd Saturday August 23) across Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Vizianagaram (Andhra Pradesh), Goalpara (Assam), Rohtak, and Ambala (Haryana). With this expansion, the company has crossed the 230-store mark nationwide, offering over 5,000+ trendy styles at unmatched prices to customers across metros, Tier-II, and Tier-III cities.
This milestone comes on the back of strong financial performance. In FY25, the company reported a 62% year-on-year revenue growth to ₹1,884.5 crore, while net profit surged 159% to ₹72 crore. The momentum continued in Q1 FY26, where V2 Retail clocked its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹632 crore, up 52% YoY, driven significantly by new store additions. The company opened 26 new outlets in Q1 alone, and has already added 41 stores in the current fiscal, taking forward 189 on March 2025, putting it on track to surpass its initial 100-store expansion target for FY26.
Speaking on the landmark achievement, Ram Chandra Agarwal, Founder and Chairman of V2 Retail Ltd., said, “This historic expansion reflects our vision of making fashion accessible to every Indian. Launching five stores in a single day underlines our operational agility and commitment to serve the rising demand for affordable, stylish apparel. With strong financial growth and consistent profitability, we are well-positioned to take the V2 brand deeper into both emerging and established markets.”
“Our focus has always been to redefine affordability without compromising quality. With robust revenue growth and accelerating store expansion, we are strengthening our leadership in the value fashion space. Nearly 35% of our first quarter topline came from new stores, and the customer response reinforces our confidence to keep scaling at a pace that matches India’s growing fashion aspirations,” added Akash Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer of V2 Retail Ltd.
V2 Retail’s growth momentum highlights the rising demand for value fashion across India’s heartland, where consumers are seeking branded, stylish, and affordable apparel. The company offers a wide range of apparel for men, women, and children.
With a clear vision, aggressive expansion pipeline, the company strives to maintain target of 40–50% annual revenue growth and cementing its position as India’s fastest-growing value fashion brand.
