Arvind Ltd. has announced the resignation of Susheel Kaul from his position as Managing Director and President (Textiles), citing personal reasons. According to the company’s official intimation, Kaul will be relieved of his duties with effect from the close of business hours on 9 March 2026, a date mutually agreed upon by both the executive and the company’s board of directors.
