Inspired by the South of France, H&M Studio’s Resort 2026 collection captures the region’s particular tension between free-spirited creativity and undeniable glamour. Floaty dresses, kaftans and crochet knits sit alongside soft-yet-structured tailoring, while embroidery, rope details, handkerchief hems and antique-style buttons lend a handcrafted edge. The overall mood is one of unhurried elegance – morning swims, open-air markets and evenings that stretch endlessly into balmy nights. The H&M Studio Resort collection will be available in selected stores and at hm.com from 21 May.

For the colour palette, sun-kissed yellows, burnt ochre and sandy beige meet crisp white, black and deep navy. Fabrics are summer-ready: breezy linen, cotton and viscose. The key pieces capture a sense of escape – beauty in imperfection, ease over polish. A white cotton blouse and miniskirt set features a sailor collar, embroidery and handkerchief hem. Dresses include a burnt ochre long crochet sleeveless stunner with sunflower pattern, high leg slit, racerback and ruffles, and a yellow maxi dress with an open back, ruffle seams and contrast stitching.
A beige linen-mix blazer has a pointed collar, long line of buttons and a soft curve to the waist, while the matching shorts have a neat, slightly A-line silhouette. There’s also a deceptively simple white cotton dress that plays on the apron shape with a draped bust, embroidered straps and volume. Accessories in the capsule include a burnt ochre triangle bikini in an abstract sunflower print, red leather thong kitten heels, a boat shoe mule, a butter yellow baguette bag, green oval sunglasses, and sunflower-shaped earrings.
“For H&M Studio Resort 2026, we wanted to capture the incredible duality of the south of France – bohemian creativity alongside effortless glamour. We’ve woven that tension into every detail, from embroidery to the relaxed drape of fabrics, creating pieces that feel both artful and polished. Then we added a few sailor-inspired details to give a more edgy, raw feel,” says Kathrin Deutsch, H&M Studio collection designer at H&M.
The H&M Studio Resort collection launches globally on 21 May 2026.
