At the 2026 Fragrance Foundation Awards held at Lincoln Center on June 11, The Estée Lauder Companies fragrance portfolio was honored with multiple awards. Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle Portrait of a Lady was inducted into the Fragrance Hall of Fame, with TOM FORD BEAUTY Oud Voyager Eau de Parfum and Jo Malone London Beach Blossom Cologne rounding out the trio of company wins, for Fragrance of the Year Ultra Luxury and Fragrance of the Year Universal Prestige respectively.
“We are extremely proud to see several of our fragrances honored by The Fragrance Foundation this year—recognitions that reflect the strength, creativity, and craftsmanship across our portfolio,” said The Estée Lauder Companies President and Chief Executive Officer Stéphane de La Faverie. “What makes our portfolio so special is its breadth and diversity, from iconic fragrances such as Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle Portrait of a Lady to innovative new creations like TOM FORD BEAUTY Oud Voyager Eau de Parfum. Across our brands, we continue to shape the future of fragrance through artistry, innovation, and a relentless focus on creating exceptional fragrance experiences for consumers around the world.”
“Our brands are capturing consumer attention through unique propositions, compelling in-store and online experiences, and, most of all, beautiful scents,” said The Estée Lauder Companies Americas President Tara Simon. “Congratulations to our teams who deliver with creative and commercial excellence every day. And thank you to The Fragrance Foundation for celebrating the artistry of fragrance and the leading role of U.S. brands and retailers in delighting consumers.”
Recognizing a longstanding retail partner, The Estée Lauder Companies Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer Jane Hertzmark Hudis presented Nordstrom with the 2026 Hall of Fame Award for its 125th year and contributions to the fragrance category. The award was accepted by Chief Merchandising Officer Jamie Nordstrom.
Fittingly, Mrs. Estée Lauder was the first person inducted into The Fragrance Foundation Hall of Fame in 1974. She revolutionized the industry by shifting perfumes from rare, gifted luxuries into everyday lifestyle accessories a woman could buy for herself, with the creation of Youth-Dew.
Known within the industry as the Oscars of fragrance, the annual black-tie Fragrance Foundation Awards gala celebrates creativity, innovation, and cultural relevancy in fragrance. This year’s event drew more than 1,000 industry leaders, celebrities, and notable guests, including Aramis Intuition global ambassador and NBA superstar Dwyane Wade.
The Fragrance Foundation Awards top a momentum-building fiscal year for fragrance at The Estée Lauder Companies. The company celebrated the landmark opening of four Prince Street fragrance boutiques in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood; established a Global Fragrance Atelier for innovation and design in Paris; and delivered organic sales growth of +10% for the category fiscal year-to-date through 3Q26 (ending March 31, 2026).
