Global activewear brand Fabletics is set to enter India in partnership with Reliance Brands Limited (RBL), bringing its fashion-led approach to performance apparel to one of the world's fastest-growing athleisure markets.

Founded in Los Angeles in 2013, Fabletics has built its identity around the idea that activewear can be both functional and fashionable. The brand has moved beyond traditional performance-wear codes by combining high-quality fabrics, bold colours and contemporary silhouettes designed to transition seamlessly from workouts to everyday lifestyles.
The brand's India debut will begin with the launch of its India website and first mono-brand store at DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, with Mumbai set to follow. The launch marks Fabletics' move from a primarily digital-first business into a broader global omnichannel retail model.

Over the past decade, Fabletics has developed a strong international presence by placing fashion and lifestyle at the centre of activewear. Its product range spans apparel and accessories designed for activities including training, running, yoga, Pilates and other forms of movement, while its designs are equally positioned for everyday wear.
The brand has also used collaborations and popular culture to build its identity. Partnerships with personalities including Khloé Kardashian and Kevin Hart have helped Fabletics connect performance apparel with entertainment, fashion and contemporary lifestyle culture.
Its expansion into India comes at a time when activewear is becoming an increasingly important part of everyday wardrobes. Consumers are increasingly looking for clothing that combines comfort, functionality and style, blurring the traditional distinction between workout clothing and casual fashion.

For Reliance Brands Limited, the partnership adds another international activewear label to its growing portfolio and strengthens its presence in India's rapidly developing athleisure segment.
Sumeet Yadav, Head, Reliance Brands Limited, said that India's transformation is being driven by young consumers embracing movement, mindfulness and athleisure as an integral part of everyday life. He noted that Fabletics' approach of combining fashion-forward design with accessibility and everyday functionality makes it a strong fit for the Indian market.

Meera Bhatia, President, Fabletics, said: "India represents an important next step in Fabletics' international growth. We built Fabletics around the idea that consumers shouldn't have to choose between performance, style and value, and we see that proposition resonating strongly with the way India's active consumer is evolving. Reliance Brands combines deep market understanding with an ability to build global brands for India, making them the right partner for our long-term ambitions in the market."
Fabletics' entry also reflects the changing dynamics of India's fashion retail landscape, where consumers are increasingly exposed to global brands and are seeking products that fit into more versatile lifestyles. The brand's combination of digital commerce and physical retail is expected to help it engage with this evolving consumer base across multiple touchpoints.
With New Delhi as its first retail destination, followed by Mumbai, Fabletics is beginning its Indian journey with a strategy that brings together its global activewear identity and RBL's retail expertise.
The India launch represents a significant new chapter for Fabletics as it takes its fashion-meets-performance proposition to a new market, while giving Indian consumers access to a global activewear brand built around movement, fashion, comfort and everyday expression.
