Homegrown streetwear brand Bonkers Corner has expanded its retail footprint in India with the opening of its 39th store in Nikol, Ahmedabad, marking another milestone in the brand’s ongoing offline expansion. The new store was announced through an update shared on the company’s official LinkedIn platform.

The latest opening strengthens Bonkers Corner’s presence in Gujarat and reflects the brand’s continued focus on building a wider physical retail network alongside its digital business. The expansion comes as the Mumbai-born fashion label continues to take its streetwear proposition to consumers across Indian cities.
Founded in 2020, Bonkers Corner has developed a distinct identity in India’s streetwear market by combining expressive designs, oversized silhouettes, pop-culture influences and everyday comfort. The brand describes itself as a homegrown, Made-in-India fashion label focused on affordable unisex luxury and streetwear.

The brand’s collections span graphic T-shirts, oversized silhouettes, shirts, jackets, bottoms and other everyday fashion, with its design language drawing heavily from contemporary street culture and popular culture. Bonkers Corner has also built collaborations around globally recognised entertainment and lifestyle properties, including Marvel, Disney, Pokémon, Star Wars, Hello Kitty and others.
Bonkers Corner’s journey began as an online-first fashion business and has progressively expanded into physical retail. The company has positioned its stores as extensions of its streetwear community, allowing customers to experience its collections beyond the digital environment. Its own brand story highlights its focus on individuality, creativity, comfort, quality and accessibility.
The opening in Nikol comes as the brand continues to build a presence across India's growing fashion retail landscape. Its earlier expansion has included stores across markets such as Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Lucknow, Guwahati, Indore and Bengaluru, demonstrating its strategy of taking its streetwear proposition beyond major metropolitan centres.
With the Nikol opening taking its store count to 39, Bonkers Corner is further strengthening its omnichannel presence and creating additional consumer touchpoints across the country. The expansion also underscores the growing role of homegrown streetwear brands in India's evolving fashion retail market, where younger consumers increasingly seek fashion that combines self-expression, comfort and contemporary cultural influences.
