adidas Originals and Bad Bunny continue to expand the BadBo franchise with two new releases rooted in the landscapes and visual identity of Puerto Rico: the BadBo 1.0 in blue tones and the debut of the BadBo 1.1, a low adaptation of the silhouette.

First introduced earlier this year as Bad Bunny’s signature silhouette with adidas, the BadBo was created as Benito’s everyday shoe. The silhouette itself was created with Benito’s multi-expressions in style, talents, and interest in mind. For Fall, the new silhouette evolves through two distinct interpretations, each drawing inspiration from the island that continues to shape Benito’s creative perspective.

The BadBo 1.0 captures the fleeting moments between blue hour and twilight, when the Puerto Rican night sky shifts through deep shades of navy and indigo. Constructed in leather and suede, the silhouette arrives in a layered Night Navy and Night Indigo palette.

Alongside it, adidas Originals and Bad Bunny introduce a new low-cut evolution of the franchise - the BadBo 1.1. Inspired by Puerto Rico’s coastline, the colorway takes reference from seashells hidden underneath soft sand, translating the tranquil palette of the beach using shades of Chalk White, Grey, and Soft pink.

The BadBo 1.1 brings a new proportion and design language to the silhouette, with a three wave overlay across the upper referencing the natural geography found throughout Puerto Rico’s coastal landscapes. Layered contrast detailing and an adidas heritage-inspired T-toe further define the silhouette, evolving the BadBo while honoring the generations that came before.
