Manashi Guha has been elevated to Country Managing Director, Malaysia and Singapore at L’Oréal.
She announced the move in a LinkedIn post, saying: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Country Managing Director at L’Oréal!”
Guha has been with L’Oréal for over 18 years, holding leadership roles across India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the UK and Ireland.
Before taking up her latest role, she was chief growth officer, UK & Ireland, a position she held from November 2024 to August 2026. Prior to that, she served as managing director, CPD UK & Ireland.
Guha has also served as consumer division head, SAPMENA, director and business head for the consumer division in Indonesia and Malaysia, and VP marketing for L’Oréal India’s consumer division.
She joined L’Oréal in 2008 as head- key accounts and has since held roles spanning sales, marketing and general management. Earlier in her career, she worked at General Mills, Lotte Confectionery India and Avalon Consulting.
