To enhance customer experience, Being Human Clothing leverages Kaily, Fynd’s AI-powered customer communication platform, to manage e-commerce support across WhatsApp, email, and chatbots. This ensures consistent and automated customer interactions, even during periods of peak demand.
As part of the partnership, Being Human Clothing has implemented Fynd’s comprehensive commerce operating layer to streamline both front-end and back-end workflows. The solution includes a centralized Order Management System (OMS) that manages the complete order lifecycle across Being Human Clothing’s D2C website and multiple marketplaces, enabling seamless order processing, fulfillment coordination, cancellations, and returns at scale.
