Tasva, the premium menswear brand born from the collaboration between Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) and renowned couturier Tarun Tahiliani, has expanded its retail footprint with the opening of a new store on Banjara Road No. 1 in Hyderabad. Located next to Manyavar and Mohey, the new outlet reinforces the brand’s growing presence in one of India’s key fashion and occasion-wear markets.

The store opening was announced by a company official through a LinkedIn post, marking another milestone in Tasva’s ongoing retail expansion strategy. The new Hyderabad store is expected to offer consumers access to the brand’s complete range of premium ethnic and celebration wear, including kurtas, bandhgalas, sherwanis, achkans, jodhpuris, and accessories designed for weddings, festive occasions, and modern celebrations.
Launched in 2021 through a strategic partnership between ABFRL and celebrated designer Tarun Tahiliani, Tasva was created with the vision of redefining Indian menswear by combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary tailoring, comfort, and accessibility. The brand derives its name from the Sanskrit words “Tat” (all that is me) and “Sva” (all that is mine), reflecting individuality and self-expression.

Tasva has positioned itself as a modern celebration-wear brand that seeks to transform the experience of wearing Indian ethnic attire by focusing on superior fit, comfort, and sophisticated design. The collections blend India’s rich textile heritage and craftsmanship with modern silhouettes, catering to today’s style-conscious consumer.
The partnership between ABFRL and Tarun Tahiliani was formed to tap into the growing premium ethnic wear market in India. The brand was launched with the ambition of creating a large-scale national presence while bringing designer-led occasion wear to a wider audience through accessible luxury.
Hyderabad continues to be an important market for premium ethnic and wedding wear, driven by its vibrant celebration culture and growing affluent consumer base. With the addition of the Banjara Road No. 1 store, Tasva further strengthens its presence in the city while offering customers a refined destination for contemporary Indian menswear.
The latest opening reflects the brand’s continued commitment to expanding its retail network across key metropolitan markets and bringing its distinctive blend of heritage, craftsmanship, and modern design to consumers across India.
