Meeting the Rising Demand for Recycled Products Today, major brands and corporations are not only promoting recycled sustainable products but have also pledged to utilize recycled raw materials in their production processes. This shift is driving increased demand for high-performance and quality recycled products for mass usage. In this landscape, Rudra Ecovation and Shiva Texfab emerge as key solution providers for big brands, operating a state-of-the-art facility in Ludhiana that spans 100 acres and houses one of the largest integrated plastic recycling plants in Asia.

Innovative Product Showcase Rudra Ecovation adheres to a unique philosophy of 100% utilization of waste sourced for manufacturing its products, including Anaura (rPET Upcycled Fabric), non-woven fabrics, home furnishings, filament yarn, spun yarn, rPET fibre, rPET flakes, and innovative products like acoustic panels. The company showcased its Anaura and Anaura Home furnishing products, made from recycled plastic waste, which captivated the invitees with their exceptional quality and innovative design. The products received high praise and appreciation from attendees.

Expansion and Technological Advancements The Ludhiana plant of Rudra Ecovation and Shiva Texfab boasts a production capacity for spun yarn, filament yarn, Anaura (rPET Upcycled Fabrics), POY, technical textiles (fabric and carpets), and rPET fibre. The company is currently in an expansion phase, investing in new technology and machines for rPET Upcycled Fabrics and non-woven carpet printing, focusing on creating "Make in India" alternatives to Chinese imports for sustainable products and synthetic fabrics. Additionally, Rudra is integrating AI advancements in their manufacturing processes to meet the quality and precision standards of international brands.

Future Collaborations Rudra Ecovation is in discussions with various large corporations and brands to supply Anaura as a raw material for uniforms and other home furnishing items.

Commitment to Environmental Sustainability Shiva Texfab and Rudra Ecovation's contribution to environmental sustainability is notable, with a recycling capacity of up to 8.8 million plastic bottles daily. This effort prevents approximately 145,525 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually, significantly reducing plastic waste and greenhouse gas emissions. The company manages the entire recycling value chain, from waste collection to the production of high-performance end products.
